The site uses only the technical cookies needed for it to work. Analytics, marketing and preference cookies, if they are activated in the future, start only after your consent. You can change your choice at any time.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a site saves on your device. They serve to remember, for example, what you have in your cart or that you have already made a choice in the banner. This page also applies to similar technologies, such as the browser's local storage.

The data controller is Imperato Giovanni (details in the Legal notice). For how we process other personal data, see the Privacy notice.

2. How they are classified

The site's banner divides cookies into four categories. Necessary cookies are always active; the other three are activated only if you accept them.

  • Necessary: essential for the site to work. They do not require consent (Art. 122 of the Privacy Code, Legislative Decree 196/2003).
  • Analytics: measure how the site is used, in aggregate form.
  • Marketing: serve to show relevant advertising or to measure its results.
  • Preferences: remember non-essential choices, such as language or region.

3. Cookies that the site sets

Check carried out on 28 October 2026 on more than 70 public pages of the shop (home, categories, product pages, producers, information pages, cart, login, contacts), with a new visitor who had not given any consent.

Analytics

As of the date of this check, the site does not set analytics cookies.

Marketing

As of the date of this check, the site does not set marketing cookies and does not load advertising pixels or scripts.

Preferences

As of the date of this check, the site does not set preference cookies.

Browser local storage

If the site shows a switch for the light or dark theme and you use it, the browser saves your choice under the key "gr-theme". It stays on your device, is not sent to us, and you can delete it from the browser settings.

4. Third-party services

As of the date of this check, the site's pages do not load scripts, fonts, maps or videos from third-party services: the fonts are served by the site itself. On product pages there are simple links to share the page on Facebook, Pinterest and X (Twitter): until you open them they send no data to those services, and if you open them their own notices apply.

If you choose to pay with PayPal (if available, [TO BE CONFIRMED: payment methods active, point A4]), you move to the provider's pages, which may set their own cookies according to its notice. The courier, too, uses its own cookies on its tracking site.

5. How to manage your choices

From the site. On your first visit the banner appears with three buttons: "Accept all", "Reject non-essential" and "Customise". Rejecting is as easy as accepting. After you choose, a button with the cookie icon remains: click it to reopen the preferences and change your mind at any time. Your choice is valid for 12 months, after which the banner reappears; it reappears sooner only if the cookies we use change substantially.

From the browser. You can block or delete cookies from the browser settings (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge). If you block the necessary cookies, the cart and account login will not work.

Register of choices. To demonstrate that we have respected your choice, we keep a register with a random identifier, choice, date, version of this notice, IP address in shortened form and type of browser, as explained in the Privacy notice.

6. Your rights and the right to complain

For your rights over personal data (access, erasure, objection and the others), the Privacy notice, sections 8 and 9, applies. You may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it).

7. Updates

We update this page every time the site adds or removes a cookie. The date at the top indicates the version in force.
