The product
ROSAE RICE Rosae is made from black wholegrain rice whose pericarp is removed by stone refining, giving it a distinctive, refined pinkish colour. At first it looks a soft greyish-violet; when cooked it turns a deep pink. The flavour is light and versatile, perfect for risottos and dishes with vegetables, meat or fish. It gives intense sensations along with aromatic fragrances.
