The product
MAGNUM RICE Magnum rice has exceptional, out-of-the-ordinary characteristics: a giant grain, much larger even than the already renowned Italian rices, and naturally aromatic. With its pearly grain, it releases a considerable amount of starch when cooked and is ideal for making risottos. Magnum rice cooks in about 18–20 minutes. On tasting, the grain is particularly plump and firm. Its delicate, pleasant aroma remains even after cooking. Magnum rice is a new culinary experience in the making of risottos: it absorbs flavours even better and releases the perfect amount of starch even without toasting.
