The product
MAGNUM RICE Magnum rice has exceptional, out-of-the-ordinary characteristics: a giant grain, much larger even than the already renowned Italian rices, naturally aromatic. With a pearly grain, it releases a considerable amount of starch when cooked and is ideal for making risottos. Magnum rice cooks in about 18–20 minutes.
