The product
ROSAE RICE Fragrant ROSAE rice has a greyish-violet tone. To obtain the best deep pink nuance, deglaze it with a medium-bodied still white wine or a dry sparkling wine made by the classic method. Alternatively, acidic ingredients can be used to revive the deep pink colour. Fragrant ROSAE rice is the result of careful processing of black wholegrain rice, whose pericarp is removed by stone refining, giving the grain an elegant finish and a distinctive colour.
